When it comes to a company, saving the the bottom dollar is the goal.  Every establishment wants to cut costs for a job well done and love the end result.  Here at Prōfīl Management we ask, who then is handling your profile?  Is it an individual who needs a job to pay the bills, or is it someone with the keen sense and ability to adapt to the ever changing environment of day to day tasks from handling a brand?

An Account Manager is someone that will go above and beyond for your brand’s image, because they know that the brand’s image is attached to their image/reputation.  Your account manager should be up at strange hours of the night to keep up with the ever changing stats on social media!  That Account Manager researches new markets, possible competition, forecasts for the brand, etc.  The job is never done for this Account Manager!  Let us not forget the loyalty given before a dime is made from profits.

Sometimes it can be scary to have an Account Manager who is a go getter here in South Florida, but I think its a must for your brand to have a self-starter.  Create a system and have them follow it.  If they don’t, then on to the next candidate.  After sometime of crafting your corporate system you will be sure to find someone who can follow it.  There are few things you can do if you do not know where to start to create a system: Google, Youtube, and any power-points from seminars on organizing your life.

To conclude, you want your brand manager to love the brand as much as you do.  Your Account Manager is here for you and your brand’s success.  If Account Managers feel that the owner of a brand appreciates the hard work, then there is nothing we wont do for the success of a client’s brand.  If you Account Manager has a new idea that you never thought about, give it a shot.   Sometimes those are the moments that put the best brands over the hump and never could be caught up by the competition.
